The Challenge
A high-growth golf company needed a Director of Marketing to build a powerful omnichannel brand through e-commerce, retail, DTC, and affiliate channels.
This role required a candidate who could drive performance marketing and educate consumers about the product’s benefits. Most importantly though, this role was to completely audit and overhaul the marketing strategy to lead its next generation of growth.​

As such, candidates needed to be self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset, and have a relentless enthusiasm for expanding product reach into new markets and customer segments.
