ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for our 2nd group of Agents, the backbone behind Jombine, and the people that will lead the future of our platform and goals.

 

What’s an agent?

Agents are independent entrepreneurs (or "solopreneurs") and the next generation of recruiters. Much like you see with real estate agents working under a firm like RE/MAX, our Agents work under Jombine's full platform, network, software, and systems...and get coaching, mentorship, backing, support, leads, education, high commission comp structure, and the ability to capitalize on every candidate they meet.

We’ve built our entire company approach and platform around giving Agents the right tools, systems, and structures to succeed independently, yet unitedly as an Agent network supporting companies and candidates…and each other.

Our tech-enabled platform, Agent-network ecosystem, and a suite of systems eliminate the typical time, high costs, and headaches of traditional recruiting.

WHAT DO AGENTS DO?

You're a full-desk recruiter...but you get the full support, umbrella, community, network, coaching, guidance, systems, tools, tech, and resources from Jombine.

 

Client Work

  • Reach out to companies, using our marketing and communication systems, and work to secure clients (and active roles) in your/our areas of expertise.

  • Act as a true consultant with clients to understand and manage their culture dynamics, hiring goals, and team needs.

  • Work closely with hiring teams to present top candidates, iterate your sourcing and search processes, and actively engage regularly with clients to ensure successful relationships and placements.

  • Act as career agents between an Employer and Candidate to ensure a successful hiring campaign and getting to the finish line on each placement.

 

Candidate Work

  • Invite candidates to apply to Jombine -- through networking, job listings, referrals, social media, and inbound Jombine requests.

  • Guide candidates through our Combine -- a multi-step evaluation program designed to define a candidate's true workplace profile, and their specific strengths and qualities.

  • Nurture top candidates throughout their careers and support the alignment and potential opportunities with clients within our network.

 

Focus

  • We specialize in specific job types - Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance roles. While we've worked with other job types as well, our core competency and evaluation programs are designed around these 4 job areas. As we grow, we will add in other job types like Software/Engineering, Legal, Education, and more.

  • You will also designate to 2-3 industries of focus: for example...Advertising & Marketing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Oil, Entertainment & Media, Financial Services & Insurance, Food & Beverages, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality & Travel, Sports, Technology Software, Technology Hardware).

  • You get to decide on your specialty and focus; we even train our Agents to find their own niches and be experts in their specific fields. If you have experience in a specific field or sector, like Outside Medical Sales or Consumer Product Goods, you deliver a valuable position, market expertise, and knowledge to help both Employees and Employers! ​

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?

  • Experience: 7 years of total combined work experience in any of these areas: Human Resources, Recruiting, Hiring, Management, Team Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Business Owners, Business/Life/Career Coaches, and/or total experience within a Specific Position or Industry.

  • Moxie and determination to find clients (companies/jobs to hire for) and cultivate deep relationships with owners, executives, hiring managers, and lead players in your specific niche and industry.

  • Passion and drive to build your business from the ground up - and with the backing of our teams, systems, platforms, and a team of other Agents working together to succeed.

  • The time to recruit candidates, interview them, and match to potential Employers -- Agents set their own hours, and while you don't need 40+ hours to succeed, we are looking for a minimum commitment of at least 15-20 hours/week.

  • The ambition to make a difference in changing the way we hire and get hired.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

  • We’ve built a program that supports Agents with high-income opportunities (just 15 hires per year nets over $100k in commissions), incredible training, great systems, and support you in every aspect of your business. 

  • We are based in Denver, Colorado, and are a fully remote company. Currently, our Agents are also remote and can work from anywhere, anytime!

  • We are a start-up that launched in 2022. We are currently working with clients and candidates but this is very much a start-up environment in the early stages. INDEPENDENT AGENT/RECRUITER OPPORTUNITY

This is an independent, 1099 contractor opportunity. Much like real estate agents work for themselves under a real estate firm (RE/MAX, Keller Williams, etc.), our Jombine Agents work independently under Jombine.

 

There are no fees, franchise commitments, or any hidden costs, but we want to be upfront that we are only looking to connect with those interested in an independent opportunity vs a traditional recruiting firm environment. 

 

With this opportunity, you set your own hours, your compensation opportunity is much higher than a traditional recruiter, and you'll get to run your own business, while also having the support, coaching, systems, technology, and community of Jombine backing you the whole way.
