YOUR DNA
You’ve got your hand in all the pots on a project…managing people, a variety of projects (big and small), ideas, systems, and change.
You’re keeping everything in check, making sure things run smoothly, you get the team motivated, and you’re the glue that keeps everything and everyone together.
The construction/reconstruction industry is unique - and you love it, you know it, you’ve lived it, understand the complexities of it, and you embrace all the good, bad, and uglies of the industry.
You thrive independently, have the moxie and ambition to pursue AND execute strategies, and do what it takes to lead a team to successful outcomes.
You are a strategist, an independent thinker, vision caster, and someone that builds the playbook, calls the plays, and leads the team to the win.
While individually driven, your success is dependent on deep relationships with your team, customers, partners, and those around you. This includes building foundational relationships based on trust, active listening, accountability, and common goals.
You are competitive, you love to win, hate complacency, working hard just comes naturally, and you do what it takes to succeed, putting in the extra hours, finding victory after failures, and navigating the ship with poise, resilience, and grit.
You know that managing people can be challenging. It can get messy. It can be stressful. You can’t always solve every problem. It is based on making strong relationships and having stronger expectations. And you’ll need to crack some eggs to make the omelet. As such, you’re not just confident - you are ready, willing, and anxious for a role like this to lead a team and company to success with some big goals and bigger futures.
