THE COMPANY & TEAM

Even better - it is in an industry that truly serves its community. The restoration and reconstruction industry comes alongside business and commercial entities during unexpected hard days - floods, fires, mold, and more.

Imagine a restaurant kitchen fire that closes the business and 50 employees are now temporarily out of work. Or a broken pipe that floods a home and displaces a family. These are just a few of the examples of how our client steps in and to serve their communities with steadfast service and all-inclusive support to get people back in their homes and businesses.

The Houston market represents a significant growth opportunity, and they're looking for a sales leader who can drive their ambitious expansion plans while maintaining their reputation for excellence and integrity.

A CAREER-DEFINING OPPORTUNITY FOR A MOTIVATED, ANALYTICAL & VISIONARY LEADER

We're seeking a Director of Sales with at least 5 years of experience in sales management, coupled with a proven track record in direct B2B sales. Experience in managing and selling to commercial property clients is essential. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, achieving personal sales targets, and forging new relationships across the industry in attack of your team's market plans and campaigns.

This leadership opportunity is poised for personal and professional growth. You’ll be involved in all strategic planning and key decision-making, and you’ll have the chance to build and lead a sales team your way. This market is ripe for expansion, particularly in the commercial sector. We need a visionary leader to unlock this potential, guide a skilled team, and drive success in one of the largest commercial hubs in the country. That's why we are looking for you!

YOUR DNA

  • You are a true sales leader - someone who can both inspire a team and drive accountability through data-driven decisions and processes.

  • You understand that success in the restoration industry requires a unique balance of urgency and precision. You know how to motivate your team to respond quickly while ensuring they maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service.

  • You're both a strategist and an executor. You can develop the big-picture vision while also rolling up your sleeves to help your team close deals when needed.

  • You're metrics-driven and tech-savvy. You understand that modern sales leadership requires both human touch and technological expertise, particularly in CRM implementation and optimization.

  • You bring a "culture first" mentality to your leadership style. You know that building the right team culture leads to sustainable success, and you have a track record of developing and retaining top talent.

  • You're a natural mentor who takes pride in developing others. You understand that your success is measured not just by numbers, but by the growth and development of your team members.

  • You know that sales is a game and it can be a hustle - but you know that it’s best won through relationships and a strategic approach. As such, your successes have come from strong market planning, creative initiatives, purposeful campaigns, persistent networking, and most importantly, building strong relationships with everyone along the way.

  • And for everything you know about sales, you’re just as good (maybe even better) as a sales teacher. As such, you are a true people-first business leader. A strategist, a coach, a vision caster, a problem-solver, and someone that builds the playbook, calls the plays, and leads the team to the win.

  • You know that being a Sales Manager is a challenging role but you not only aren’t afraid of it, you embrace it and love everything about it. That it will get messy. It can be stressful. It’ll be competitive. It is based on making wins and overcoming losses. And it’s not just about you too. It’s leading other motivated people to achieve common and individual goals. You’re not just confident - you are ready, willing, and anxious for a role like this…not to prove anything to anyone…but because it can be so rewarding and it’s the perfect environment for YOU, your personality, and your career goals.
