THE WHAT: As their Business Development Manager, you'll be the tip of the spear in their growth strategy. You won't just be managing accounts - you'll be building lasting relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and playing a crucial role in the companies growth plans.


MUST HAVES:

  • 5+ years in commercial sales, preferably in lawn care or pesticide application

  • A true hunter mentality - you get excited about finding and closing new business

  • Ability to obtain Commercial Pesticide Applicator License within 6 months

  • Strong understanding of lawn care practices

  • Experience with Real Green Systems is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug test/background check

You'll be tasked with three key strategic initiatives:

  1. Building and managing a substantial sales pipeline to drive branch growth

  2. Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers while identifying new opportunities

  3. Creating and executing sales plans that align with branch goals and corporate objectives

THE NUTS & BOLTS:

Base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission structure (OTE $80,000-$90,000). Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and career development opportunities.
