Another favorite for employers, the 'References' section gets feedback from your top references in a standardized and easy-to-evaluate format.

Our reference page is a custom page that will include your name, picture (if you've added one to your profile), and 2 simple sections that include 9 questions ranking things like your work ethic, execution, team relationships, etc., and open field questions asking for any notes on your strengths and weaknesses.
The best part of this section for you is that you will only need to request a reference once from these important people from your network. In other words, you won't need to notify each reference every time you've applied for a position and may have that employer contact them. As such, this is a great chance to reach out to valuable past employers, colleagues, mentors, and others to get a one-time review of you and your best workplace skills and experiences.
