Profile Pages - Assessments

The 'Assessments' section is an important and valuable opportunity to learn more about your workplace self using proven and industry-recognized assessments. Each assessment is designed to authentically and scientifically characterize your workplace traits and personality.

We have partnered with TalentInsights to administer our assessments. Your Agent will set up your TalentInsights access. You will receive an email from TalentInsights within the first week of your Combine to complete all 3 assessments. If you do not receive this email or need it to be resent, just let your Agent know and they can resend it. You can learn more about TalentInsights here.

Click the tabs at the top of the profile to learn more about each section of the profile. You can also click the bubbles to get tips and ideas on completing each section.

***After you've completed each assessment, your Scout will upload your results into your profile. At that time, you will be able to view your results directly in your profile. You will also be emailed directly by TalentInsights with the results of your assessments, including further details and information on each.
